Small Business Health Care Tax Credit
Last year the Internal Revenue Service mailed millions of postcards to small business owners alerting them of new tax provisions that could positively impact 2010 tax returns, which are due on April 15th. Under the provisions of the Affordable Care Act that was signed last year by President Obama, small business owners who pay premiums for healthcare coverage for their employees may receive substantial credits under the Small Business Health Care Tax Credit.
