Senior Manager, Supplier Diversity Initiative
As the Senior Manager of the NGLCC Supplier Diversity Initiative, Aditi coordinates the many processes that constitute the exclusive certification program for LGBT Business Enterprises. Aditi develops relationships with potentially certifiable and certified businesses, and facilitates the collection and review of applications by the National and Regional Certification Committees. In conjunction with the National Certification Committee and its Directors, Aditi is responsible for the development and implementation of the NGLCC's Certification Standards and Procedures to help ensure the integrity of the certification program and its growth.
Prior to joining the NGLCC team, Aditi obtained her Bachelor of Science in Economics from American University in Washington, DC. While at American University, she worked at the GLBTA Resource Center to help foster an LGBT-inclusive campus environment for students, faculty, and staff. She also co-directed AU Queers & Allies, which is a student group dedicated to LGBT activism within not only the campus community, but also the DC community at large.
