In her role as Director of Programs & Stakeholder Advocacy, Lauren Schweppe oversees NGLCC’s flagship programs such as its XLR8 Certified LGBTBEÒ Capacity Development Program and Internship Program, and she co-leads the NGLCC Mentor-Protégé Program. Lauren plays a critical role in the development and oversight of NGLCC’s corporate-supplier industry councils, including its Pharma Opportunities and Marketing & Related Services Councils, to name a few. Lauren joined NGLCC in 2019 as the Assistant to the President & CEO and Office Administrator and was quickly promoted to Special Assistant & Educational Initiatives Manager.
Prior to joining Team NGLCC, Lauren worked at Middlebury College in Vermont as the Project Coordinator for the East India Field Hockey Project and served as the Assistant Field Hockey Coach.
Lauren graduated from Middlebury College in 2018 with a degree in History. During her time at Middlebury, she was a member of the Varsity Field Hockey team and interned with Middlebury’s Green Dot Violence Prevention Program.
