Mr. Tippens has been a key proponent of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) business movement and has helped open up procurement opportunities for LGBT-owned businesses at HP and across corporate America.

Mr. Tippens has held various positions at HP in an illustrious 14-year career, during which he built HP’s Supplier Diversity and Small Business program to ensure a globally inclusive supply chain. Mr. Tippens is also responsible for HP’s Strategic Supplier Development program that focuses on building capacity and encouraging strategic collaborations among suppliers.
