In Loving Memory of Pam Prince-Eason: A Champion for Equity and Women’s Leadership

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we reflect on the sudden and heartbreaking passing of our beloved friend and partner, Pam Prince-Eason, President and CEO of WBENC.

Pam was far more than a leader—she was a light in the supplier diversity and economic equity community. Her tireless commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs, especially those most underrepresented, helped shape a more inclusive and equitable business landscape in the U.S. and around the world.

Over our many years of partnership with Pam and WBENC, we shared a vision of economic empowerment for all. Together, we celebrated milestones, launched impactful programs, and stood side by side advocating for equity and opportunity. Whether on stage inspiring others or laughing with colleagues over a meal, Pam brought warmth, wisdom, and humanity to everything she did.

Her passing leaves an irreplaceable void in our community and in the hearts of all who knew her. We extend our deepest condolences to her family, the WBENC team, and everyone mourning this tremendous loss. We will honor her legacy by continuing the important work she championed.

She will be deeply missed.
