Abbey recently graduated from the University of Oregon in Spring 2024, earning a degree in Anthropology with a focus on Cultural Anthropology, along with minors in Ethnic Studies, Black Studies, and Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies. Her diverse academic background sparked her passion for joining the NGLCC team. Abbey brings several years of experience working with non-profits and is eager to deepen her understanding of the NGLCC’s operations while assisting LGBTQIA+ community members in certifying their businesses through the chamber.
Outside of work, Abbey enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, exploring and learning about new cultures, cooking, and more. While she hopes to pursue graduate studies in the future, she is currently thrilled to contribute to the NGLCC team.
