STEP TWO: REGISTRATION
As part of your sponsorship, you receive complimentary registrations to our Conference. Please be sure to register your team for Conference ahead of time to ensure a smooth check in experience!
STEP THREE: HOTEL
Please be sure to book your hotel for Conference ASAP! Space is limited!
STEP FOUR: SEND IN YOUR LOGO
Please email the version of your corporation’s logo that you would like to be used for your sponsorship at the 2025 Conference to crmedia@nglcc.org. This includes digital media, printed signage, and main stage recognition during plenary sessions.
To reserve a booth space at our Marketplace Expo at Conference 2025, please fill out this form. We have limited space so booths will be given on a first come first serve basis. If you are not sure if you will need booth space, we encourage you to sign up now anyway as we can easily remove you from our roster, but likely will not have room to add you in later. If you would like a double booth space, please notate that on the form and know that there will be an extra charge for the additional space.

As part of your sponsorship, you recieve a promoted post on our Conference app. Please limit your blurb to ___ characters.
STEP EIGHT: VIP RECEPTION RSVP
As part of your sponsorship, you recieve __ tickets to our VIP reception. Please fill out this form with the names and email addresses of the attendees that will be utilizing these VIP tickets.
