1. What is Aeparmia Engineering

Aeparmia is a fast-growing, certified minority and woman-owned civil engineering firm. We specialize in utilities coordination, design, and permitting for government agencies, utility owners and developers. Aeparmia Engineering is committed to providing a dynamic, progressive, and positive work environment to best serve their clients and communities. The company’s goal is to lead in innovation and effective permitting, as well as to engage in the high-tech engineering revolution to design the next generation’s infrastructure of smart cities.

2. What drew you to civil engineering?

At a young age, I had a great interest in ancient cities and their civil engineering systems. In addition to my skills in math and physics, it was a great match for me to pursue a career as a civil engineer, which has grown to become a passion of mine.

3. What makes Aeparmia different from other civil engineering companies?

We are well-rounded engineers with a broad range of technical expertise; however, we specialize in projects with complex utilities engineering and analysis. We pride ourselves on our high-quality service as we provide multi-disciplined civil engineering and professional services to various markets and clients. We believe that building strong client relationships is incredibly important and we work closely with our clients to engender complete trust.

6. What advice would you give to an LGBT person starting a business?

Believe that you can achieve your goals and dreams. There will be challenges that you will overcome. Be passionate about what you do and treat everyone that crosses your path with kindness and great respect.
