Your corporation was named one of the Top 50 Best-of-the-Best by the members of the NBIC! We received a staggering number of applications this year, and the work your corporation is doing to uphold diversity is admirable. Please follow the instructions below to get the most out of your recognition!
STEP ONE: LOGO
DEADLINE: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18
PAST DUE
Please email the version of your corporation’s logo that you would like to be used in all 2024 BOTB publications to crmedia@nglcc.org. This includes digital media shared in advance of the Awards Luncheon, printed signage, and main stage recognition during the Awards Luncheon.
STEP TWO: SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
As a 2024 Best-of-the-Best winner, you have a unique opportunity to increase your visibility at the event through remaining sponsorships! Sponsorships include branded tables and other exclusive benefits for the Best-of-the-Best awards luncheon. Contact your Corporate Relations team to secure a sponsorship and elevate your recognition at the event.
STEP THREE: PRESS KIT
Please note – these items are provided so that you may prepare your announcements in advance of the public announcement which will be released on October 23, 2024.
You may use the logos included in this Press Kit to develop your own announcements or press releases, however, you may not copy language verbatim. For all social media posts remember to tag with #NBIC24 #NBICBOTB24
STEP FOUR: POD ASSIGNMENT
All 50 BOTB Corporations are divided into three (3) pods for the Awards Luncheon. During the Awards program, your corporation will be recognized from the main stage in your pod group. Following the awards ceremony, your team will queue for photos in your pod group. Your pod group assignment can be found in the chart below.
STEP FIVE: ACCEPTANCE SPECIFICS
DEADLINE: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 28
Please select one individual from your team who will accept main stage recognition and input their information in the form below. Note, there is no opportunity for remarks. This form will also request the mailing address for your award. Please ensure the accuracy of the address. Awards will be mailed in early December.

Are there complimentary registrations for Top 50 Best-of-the-Best corporations?
No, there are no complimentary registrations for Top 50 Best-of-the-Best winners. However, you can purchase sponsorship packages that include registrations or buy individual registrations for the event.
What is the dress code for Unity Week?
The dress code for Unity Week is Business Casual.
What is the deadline to book hotel rooms within the event’s room block?The room block for Unity Week will close on Thursday, October 24, 2024. We highly recommend booking your rooms as early as possible to ensure availability.
When will the Best-of-the-Best Top 50 be publicly announced?
The Top 50 Best-of-the-Best corporations will be announced on Thursday, October 23, 2024. You will receive notification via email prior to the public announcement to prepare your own communications.
How will my corporation be recognized during the awards ceremony?
Your corporation will be grouped into a pod with other Top 50 companies. Each pod will be recognized from the main stage during the Best-of-the-Best Awards Luncheon. After the ceremony, your team will take photos with your pod group.
Can we make a speech when accepting our award?
No, there will not be an opportunity for remarks during the main stage recognition. However, you will still be able to designate one person from your team to accept the award on stage.
