- Offer certification through the NGLCC as a local member benefit at no cost to eligible local member businesses;
- Share local members that are NGLCC Certified LGBTBEs in their market with their partners whether or not they are national corporate partners of NGLCC;
- Access to co-branded materials related to NGLCC LGBTBE certification; and
- Ability to host co-branded education sessions and connection activities such as local matchmaker events with local affiliate corporate and organizational partners.

Events
Each summer, the NGLCC’s International Business & Leadership Conference brings together Certified LGBTBEs, supplier diversity professionals, affiliate leaders, and corporate partners for a dynamic week of networking and professional development. The conference features key events such as the Reaching for Success bootcamp for business development, Walk & Talks for informal networking, and the Induction Ceremony to celebrate new certifications. Attendees can engage in valuable one-on-one meetings during Matchmakers, explore the Marketplace Expo, and participate in interactive sessions like LGBTQ Biz Pitch and various panels and breakout sessions. The event culminates with the Champagne Awards Brunch, recognizing outstanding achievements in the LGBTQ business community.
Affiliates receive two (2) complementary registrations to the annual NGLCC International Business and Leadership Conference with receipt of their annual dues. One registration should be used for the Affiliate’s Official Representative to NGLCC. The second registration may be used by a mutually agreed upon staff person or a member of the Affiliate Board of Directors. Other accommodations may be considered on a case-by-case basis and should be discussed with a member of the NGLCC Affiliate Relations team and an NGLCC events representative.
The Education Summit is designed to provide the tools and resources to help our chambers grow and thrive in your community. Through peer-led educational sessions focused on a variety of topics like membership development, organizational sustainability, event planning, supplier diversity best practices, matchmaking, and more, affiliates leave with additional skills and strategies. In addition, we focus on understanding industry trends that will allow your chamber to reach new heights.
