Sabrina Gill Kent (she/her) serves as Executive Vice President of Programs & External Affairs at the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), where she is a member of the organization’s Executive Leadership team and supports its Board of Directors. Sabrina leads the organization’s work in supplier inclusion, corporate engagement, and strategic program development. Since joining NGLCC in 2015, Sabrina has played a central role in managing the NGLCC Supplier Inclusion Initiative, cultivating and sustaining corporate partnerships, and overseeing high-impact programs that advance economic opportunity for LGBTQ+ and allied businesses.
Sabrina was named a Fellow at the 2025 Aspen Ideas Festival. She was recognized by Business Equality Magazine as a “Top 40 LGBT Leader Under 40” and served on the Board of Directors for Q Street, an association supporting LGBTQ+ public policy professionals, where she held the role of Board Secretary until 2022. Her leadership has also earned recognition from Crain’s New York Business as one of its inaugural Notable LGBTQ Leaders & Executives, from Professional Women’s Magazine as a Wonder Woman in Business, and from the Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce as a 40 Under 40 Business Leader.
Sabrina holds a BA in Philosophy and Sexuality, Women’s & Gender Studies from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. She was awarded the 2014 Sojourner Truth Award for combined academic and activist achievement and served as Editor-in-Chief of The Independent, a Columbia Scholastic Press Association Gold Crown Award-winning publication. Her journey with NGLCC began as a Meetings & Education Intern in 2014. She currently resides in San Diego, California.
