The NGLCC team is excited to expand on last year’s Marketplace Expo and work with your team to help you build a dynamic display that highlights your company’s impact and initiatives! Please read this page thoroughly for the process and expectations to join the NGLCC Marketplace Expo and note that all information is subject to change.
All booth spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Please keep this in mind as we approach the registration launch for our stakeholder groups.
Registration has closed for NGLCC Corporate Partners and NGLCC Certified LGBTBE® companies.
Confirmation of booth space will be emailed to those who have registered for a booth space by June 22.

When does registration close?
Registration for the Marketplace Expo will close on Friday, June 2
How can I register for my booth?
Registration has closed for both NGLCC Corporate Partners and NGLCC Certified LGBTBE® companies.
Please note: completing your registration does not entitle you to a booth. You must receive an email with confirmation.
How much does a booth cost?
Expo Hall booths are included in NGLCC Corporate Partner dues.
The cost of a booth for all other entities and organizations is $549.
How will I know if I am approved for my booth?
You will receive a confirmation email from the NGLCC team with further information.
I have not received notice if I have been approved for my booth or not. Who can I contact about this?
We thank you for your patience as we respond to the many submissions we have received regarding our Expo Hall. Final decisions regarding booths and additional space for booths will be announced by June 22 at the latest.

Congratulations! We look forward to seeing you and your team in Denver. You will see your main points of contact regarding booth questions in your confirmation email, and you will receive your exhibitor’s kit with full information
Is there opportunity to purchase additional booth space?
Upon registering for your booth you will have the opportunity to join a waitlist to purchase additional booth space. The cost of additional booth space is $549. The NGLCC team will confirm who is granted additional booth space by June 22 at the latest, and this booth space will be granted on a first come, first serve basis.
What is the size of the booth?
6’ deep x 8’ wide for single booth
What is included in my booth?
One (1) 6’ table with two (2) chairs
Who sets up my booth?
Each exhibitor will be responsible for their own set up/breakdown
How do I ship my materials to the Expo Center?
Instructions regarding shipping will be included in your exhibitor’s kit which will be released in mid-July. We highly recommend paying close attention to shipping instructions
How will the items I ship be sent to my booth?
Following the instructions in your exhibitor’s kit, the items you ship will be delivered to your booth.

When will I receive my exhibitors kit?
You will receive your exhibitors kit in mid-July
What is included in my exhibitors kit?
Your exhibitors kit will include information regarding how to ship your booth materials to the Expo Center and how on-site breakdown will occur and shipping will take place. The kit will also include links to rent additional furniture, purchase stronger wi-fi, and rent additional tech or hardware. Please note, the exact tech and hardware that can be rented has not been confirmed but you may anticipate that items including specific electrical hookups, speakers, and standard Expo fair will be available to rent.
How do we coordinate breakdown?
Each exhibitor will be responsible for their own breakdown.
What size backdrop do you recommend?
We recommend a standard pop-up banner (approx. 33” wide x 80” high) or a table-top banner
Will wi-fi be provided?
Wi-fi will not be provided. You will have the opportunity to purchase wi-fi for your booth in your exhibitor’s kit which will be released mid-July. We recommend downloading any presentations or video elements you may utilize for your booth experience.
How can I rent additional furniture?
You will receive a link to rent additional furniture for your booth in your exhibitors kit which will be released mid-July.
I need specific electrical hookups, how can I go about reserving these hookups?
You will receive a link to rent additional hook-ups for your booth in your exhibitors kit which will be released mid-July.
